References is a posting that will continually be updated from time to time, showing pictures of equipment installations of past customers.
You the customer are welcome to email a response/recommendation about the complete service that was performed.
We encourage information such as:
If the install looks clean and the unit is set sturdy in place
If the unit is operating correctly and you are satisified with the units performance
If you are satisfied with the quality of the product and our workmanship
Please comment on both inside and outside units
If you wish to share a follow up response about the units efficiency after 60 to 90 days this would be of great interest,
giving us information of how good the manufacturers claims are, and maybe an indication of how well your home is insulated.
All circumstances involved will effect performance results. A customer whose old system was an 8 SEER stated that he had noticed
a 25% decrease in his electric bill, with a 13 SEER TRANE XB Split System, Builders Grade, the lowest of TRANE'S product line.
