Attached is a PDF.doc of the Manuf. Limited Warranty Confirmation for
your new Trane heat pump system, and the JPEG.doc is a copy of the submission
form for the Trane 10 Year Extended Parts & Labor Warranty. In a few weeks,
or sooner, they will send the Policy Documentation which I will email to you as
well.
Your inspection has been set for Monday morning, 8-9-10 with the City of
Jacksonville Building Inspection Department.

Thanks Ron!
I sure we wish we had known about you
sooner. It would have saved us a lot of money over the years (as well as
discomfort and aggravation). Do you realize that last night was the
first time I spent three hours in my music room without having to turn on a fan
since the first day we moved in that house? Seriously. The
TRANE is running perfectly and the only thing that you can hear is the sound of
air circulating in the room, not the handler in the garage or the unit fan
outside. It is wonderful!!! We could not be any happier with the
product or the person who installed it, and especially the
professional manner in which we were treated.
A free estimate at 9PM at night and
next day service seemed almost unbelievable to me and Sandy,
especially compared to what we've experienced in the past. And when
the job was completed, there was no trash, garbage, marked up walls, or a
scrap A/C unit sitting in the driveway to look at for a week. The only
indication that you had ever been to our house was a beautifully
installed A/C unit; a unit that looks good, sounds good, and certainly
feels very good. Without question, we were WOWed! by
the EXCELLENT service and overall experience in dealing with Air
Excellence.
As of this week, you have at least
two new advertisers for your company my friend. In fact, I've already
told my Dad about you and he asked me to send him a couple of your
business cards as he knows some people who are presently having A/C
trouble. I hope they give you a call because I know they won't be sorry if
they do.
