OUR SPECIAL OFFER IS OUR PRICE
AND WHAT'S ALL INCLUDED IN THE DEAL!!!
Take advantage of our reduced prices on all TRANE Models - Call for a free estimate.
(see notes below)
WHY CHOOSE US? Because we make things as hassle free as possible with no hidden charges.
What customers can expect on new system installs? Proposed prices generally include the following :
One return box stand or tube stand, unless the existing mounting method is more suitable.
One digital non-programmable thermostat for 2 heat 1 cool systems. Programmable available.
One digital programmable touch screen thermostat for TRANE high performance systems.
Condenser pad, unless there is an existing concrete pad which is the best type to have.
An In-Line float switch for condensate drain protection, unless a condensate drain pump exists.
Removal and disposal of the old ac/heating system from the premises.
Taxes, Permit and Inspection - It is
required for a city inspector to check the installation
and operation of the new system to
ensure all applicable codes and specifications are met.
Arrangements must be made for the customer to meet with the inspector or the city will impose a fine. This is the only responsibility placed upon the customer.
At the Installers discretion, other items to a reasonable limit, may be added at no extra cost.
Item's NOT included: (The majority of customers do not run into these extra costs.)
Major modifications to ductwork that may be necessary for proper operation of variable speed air handlers.
Installation of additional supply and/or return duct runs to existing rooms or new room additions.
Installation of new copper line-sets.
It is also strongly suggested and more generally regarded as
a requirement
to change the line-set if the old system experienced
a compressor burn-out. If converting from an R-22 system
to the new R-410A Puron systems it is at least necessary to do a line-set flush with an R-11 Flush Kit.
Installation of a new condensate drain pump with 3/8" copper run.
Any extra materials not previously mentioned above as item's included.
Electrical circuits and/or panel
upgrades which require a certified electrician. We are limited
to high and low voltage wiring of the system to (and to include) the disconnect box or boxes.
Note 1:
Current retail pricing is subject to change as the manufacturer's effect adjustments in their prices.
Note 2:
Publishing retail
prices is not generally practiced due to the disapproval of
manufacturer's and contractor's claims of
devaluing their product and inciting negative business
practices...so I'm told. Therefore we suggest calling for
estimates and do a comparison for "price and
what's all included in the deal".

CUSTOMERS... RESEARCH WITH DUE
DILIGENCE
Using Lead Services such as
QualitySmith or ServiceMagic is not a requirement or an absolute
guarantee that a contractor is operating legitimately
-or- that you will get quality
workmanship. In fact, if you do a search on "complaints against
QS or SM" you may be very surprised at what
you'll find... one seems to have very
little consumer complaints, but the other... WOW!...Check it out for
yourselves.
